Furology Terms of Service & Grooming Policies

At Furology, we value your time, your pet’s comfort, and the smooth operation of our one-on-one grooming environment. These policies help us provide the highest level of care and maintain a fair, predictable schedule for all clients.
All clients must agree to these terms during online booking.

Cancellations and No Shows​

Notice Requirement

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a full charge of the standard grooming fee.

  • Charges will be automatically placed on the credit card on file, and a receipt will be emailed to you.

No Call / No Show

  • Failure to show up will result in a 100% missed appointment fee, charged to your card on file.

  • This fee is non-refundable and cannot be used toward a future service.

  • All future appointments will require non-refundable prepayment.

Chronic Late Cancellations

Clients who repeatedly cancel within 24 hours will be required to prepay for future services, and these payments will be non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may receive a reduced service if time allows. Because we operate one-on-one with limited daily appointments, late arrivals significantly disrupt the schedule and impact pets booked after you.

If you arrive too late to be accommodated, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show, and the corresponding fee will apply.

Pickup Policy

Furology is a one-on-one grooming salon and does not provide daycare services.

  • You will receive a 20–30 minute notification before your pet is ready for pickup.

  • Timely pickup is required to keep our schedule running smoothly.

  • A late pickup fee of $1 per minute will be charged for pets not picked up promptly after the readiness notification.

  • Delayed pickups can interfere with grooming services for other scheduled pets.

Card on File

Because we reserve dedicated one-on-one time for each pet, a credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card is only used to enforce our cancellation, no-show, late pickup, and payment policies.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the same day services are rendered. Invoices not paid by 5 PM will incur a $10 late processing fee and be automatically charged to the card on file.
Outstanding balances must be resolved before future appointments can be scheduled.

All grooming policies, including those related to cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, late pickups, and payments, must be reviewed and agreed to during the online booking process before an appointment can be scheduled.
