Helping Paws Program
At Furology, we believe every pet (and every person who loves them) deserves kindness, care, and compassion. We know that life can change in an instant, and sometimes a little help can make all the difference.

That’s why we created the Furology Helping Paws Program, offering a limited number of reduced-rate appointments each month for members of our community who may be facing financial challenges.
There’s no application or explanation needed; we trust you, just as you trust us with your pet’s care.

Each Helping Paws appointment includes the same gentle, high-quality experience as our full-service grooming: cleansing shampoo and conditioner, a blow-dry, nail trim, ear cleaning, and a comfortable, easy-to-maintain haircut if needed. While this program doesn’t include detailed breed-standard styling, your pet will still leave looking adorable and feeling fresh.

Program Details
Availability: Helping Paws appointments are limited and open for online booking on a first-come, first-served basis each month. Each household may book up to 2 pets per month and must weigh under 25 pounds to ensure we can serve as many families as possible

Frequency: To make sure we can assist as many families as possible, these appointments are available once every 8-16 weeks per pet
​
Services Included: Each visit includes our full-service grooming experience designed to keep your pet clean, comfortable, and healthy. If a haircut is needed, we’ll provide a simple, low-maintenance style rather than a detailed breed-standard trim
​
Cancellations: Because these appointments are limited, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellation and no show fees apply. Missed appointments will affect future eligibility

Eligibility: The program is open to anyone in need of a little help — no proof or paperwork required
